Qualifications

• 1 year of cooking experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of standard cooking and sanitation methods.

Responsibilities

• Completes and maintains all job performance requirements per department procedures.
• Assembles food for salads, sandwiches and cook menu items according to production guides.
• Supports teamwork and cooperates with co-workers; provides feedback on system failures.
• Interacts positively with patients, visitors, vendors and co-workers in other departments.
• Performs duties with adaptability to fluctuating workload and prioritizes patient care needs.
• Follows sanitation procedures; cleans and sanitizes work area and equipment.
