AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a hospital kitchen cook to prepare patient, retail, and catering meals by following production records and maintaining high quality and safety standards. The role requires open availability with day and weekend shifts in a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities include advance prep, inventory management, and collaboration with the team to ensure timely food service while upholding health regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years cooking in an institutional setting.
• Ability to follow, read and write recipes as needed.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following production records to meet quality and temperature standards.
• Review pull sheets and organize ingredients for upcoming service periods.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and record temperatures per regulations.
• Sort, label, date, and rotate inventory to support safety and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with managers and team to meet goals and support efficient service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
