Labor Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Hospital Kitchen worker in Tampa, FL to maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe food production environment while providing cross-functional kitchen support.

Responsibilities include dish sanitation, kitchen cleanliness, waste management, FIFO inventory, and assisting with patient tray assembly for hospital catering events. This role requires stamina for an 8-hour shift and the ability to lift up to 50–60 lbs.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 6 months of experience in food service or customer service preferred but not strictly required.
• Strong interpersonal communication, reliability, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Dish and Utility Sanitation: Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking pots, pans, and equipment.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Clean work areas, sweep/mop floors, wash worktables, wipe prep surfaces.
• Waste Management: Empty trash, transport waste to dumpsters, sanitize cans.
• Inventory & Storage: Receive and stock deliveries using FIFO to prevent waste.
• Patient Tray Assembly: Help dietary team prepare basic items and assemble patient trays.
