Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Texas seeks an Inventory Clerk to support hospital supply chain operations. You will scan par locations, perform cycle counts, restock par carts and Pyxis units, and ensure accurate documentation in INFOR ERP systems.

The role is full-time, requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and effective communication (verbal and written). One year of relevant experience and hospital supply chain experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Hospital supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize scanning technology for par locations
• Cycle counting and physical inventory counting as directed
• Order picking and packing including documentation
• Restocking pars, inventories and pyxis
• Unit rounding, processing, and distributing supplies in a timely manner
• Basic understanding of product numbers and unit of measure
• Ability to check expiration dates and maintain clean and orderly stocking areas
• Ability to ensure a compliant ready state in all assigned areas
• Perform tasks in INFOR (ERP System) appropriately including transactions in Par Specialist, Warehouse Clerk, and Mobile Supply Chain Mgmt.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned by management
