Job summary

Good Samaritan Medical Center seeks a dedicated team member for the Materials/Inventory role. You will issue, prepare and distribute supplies to departments, ensuring accurate par levels and efficient order fulfillment within the central distribution area.

Responsibilities include data entry in IMMS, picking and staging goods, labeling supplies, and assisting colleagues. A high school diploma and willingness to learn are required; hospital environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience with minimal computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Counts designated par maintaining 100% accuracy.
• Enters count data into IMMS and processes.
• Pick ticket for Inventory distribution.
• Accurately picks goods via IMMS Pick Ticket Stages for delivery.
• Assist staff in putting away supplies via IMMS Put List.
• Stickers supplies with correct IMMS / SIM’S numbers.
• Continues learning to enhance advancement within Materiel Management.
