The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is hiring an Inventory Assistant to maintain a safe, organized warehouse and ensure accurate inventory. You will handle freight in N.C.F.S. and E-Procurement, label items, and deliver supplies across facilities.

Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED with related experience; strong English skills and basic math are preferred. This full-time role offers the state benefits package including health insurance and retirement.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year related experience, or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Verify and process freight in N.C.F.S. and E-Procurement systems.
• Label and store inventory and maintain 98–100% accuracy.
• Deliver freight and supplies to proper locations; order medical oxygen and data processing supplies.
• Store medical waste; assist vendor with pickups.
