Cone Health is seeking an Inventory Specialist Lead to oversee hospital inventory operations, cycle counts, and stocking criteria. You will lead staff, optimize reorder points, and ensure accuracy in forecasting and procurement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Supply Chain Management experience.
• Experience overseeing inventory cycle counts and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and administrative capabilities related to inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff in daily cycle counts and analyzes inventory discrepancies.
• Recommends reorder points/quantities for system stocking and mitigates obsolete SKUs.
• Reviews forecasting, budgeting, contracts, and purchasing to ensure accuracy.
• Analyzes financial data related to receiving, purchases, credits, and returns.
• Develops standardized forecasting and PO processes for the Inventory team.
• Trains staff on cycle counts, reorder points, and stock statuses; handles other duties.
