Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Materials Associate to support daily supply operations in a healthcare setting. The role involves ordering, pulling, receiving, delivering, replenishing, and counting inventory to meet department and patient needs.

You will verify receipts, manage par levels, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of replenishment. The position emphasizes inventory control, data entry accuracy, and adherence to PPE and infection control guidelines, with a typical Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Service-related experience or prior job experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily ordering, pulling, receiving, delivering, and replenishment of supplies.
• Count inventory and enter inventory data correctly; check expiration dates to keep stock usable.
• Support with acceptance, verification, and entry of receipts for shipments.
• Maintain par levels and adjust par forms and labels as needed.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and electronic replenishment.
