Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an Inventory Control and Analysis Coordinator 2 to manage the distribution and inventory workflow for University Hospital's food service unit. You will oversee order placement, receiving, stocking, and charge processes, and you will develop systems to support these activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, certification or vocational training preferred, and 1 year of relevant experience (2-4 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution chain for assigned units, including inventory, orders, delivery, stocking and charge process.
• Assist with developing systems to support distribution activities and maintain information in identified systems.
• Maintain first-in/first-out inventory, proper labeling, cleaning schedules, and health department regulations.
• Support distribution team with inventory, receiving, unloading and rotating stock, storeroom setup and general cleaning.
