Cardinal Health, Inc. is hiring a Coordinator Inventory Management to track and manage inventory accuracy for medical and surgical supplies at UNMC Hospital. You will process returns, recalls, and paperwork to ensure on-time, accurate customer orders and monitor financial impact across functional teams.

The role emphasizes daily replenishment, collaboration with nurses and logistics, and strict adherence to policies. A 1–2 year background in inventory and a HS diploma are typical prerequisites.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, retail stocking, or related inventory control.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay organized under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily inventory management and replenishment of medical and surgical supplies across locations.
• Receive and verify incoming orders against shipment and receiving reports.
• Use Pyxis and CIMs systems to restock inventory and conduct tracking.
• Maintain stock locations, rotation, expiration monitoring, recalls, and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and respond urgently to low stock or quality concerns.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, logistics teams, and nursing staff to support operations.
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull loads up to 200 pounds.
• Be flexible for overtime as needed, including short notice.
