Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Coordinator Inventory Management to oversee inventory accuracy and ensure timely order fulfillment for distributed products. This role processes returns and recalls and interfaces with cross-functional teams to minimize discrepancies and optimize service levels.

The position operates in a distribution environment with potential overtime and requires comfort with heights and physical tasks, contributing to robust inventory control and cost management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse PIT equipment – Order Selector preferred.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• RF scanner and/or voice-to-pick experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Aptitude to work in a fast paced distribution environment while meeting hourly established distribution quotas and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Participating in Prime/Reserve cycle counts.
• Maintaining chase area, including cycle count.
• Conducting investigations for missing stock.
• Identifying and logging damaged products.
• Removing and logging short dated items.
• Putaway of product.
• Tasking.
