Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Licenses and Credentials: Experience, preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Staff adheres to I C.A.R.E. Standards; basic computer skills appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Restocks par locations with products ordered the same day.
• Scans each par location daily and transmits orders by 11:00 a.m. each day.
• Charges out items taken from the Stat Room to the requesting department.
• All phone requests processed and delivered within 45 minutes unless noted.
• Exceptions require follow-up with requesting department.
• Delivers to assigned floors.
• Assists in re-stocking Stat Room supplies as received.
• Informs Supervisor of stock outs and changes in usage.
• Supports Receiving Clerk during peak times, vacation, or time off.
• Participates in annual inventory and random cycle counts.
• Rotates product and checks expiration dates.
