Responsibilities

• Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count. Investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
• Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods. Re-stocks items as necessary. Labels shelves.
• May maintain, edit and troubleshoot case preference cards to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaises with vendors and purchasing agents, and prepares deliveries.
• Participate and initiate performance improvement projects that are relevant to inventory management.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We are seeking a Hospital Inventory Clerk 1 to join our team. The Hospital Inventory Clerk 1 maintains a perpetual inventory of material, equipment, supplies and other general stock items.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

What You Can Expect:

• Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to records.
