Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; additional years of experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• RN, LPN, Pharmacy Certified Technician, Certified Radiology Technician, or Certified Respiratory Therapist licensure required
• 1 year of experience in related healthcare field
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; home state licensure; Compact licensure
• Informatics experience
• Master's degree in healthcare/business related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, development, implementation, education, and training of clinical and operational documentation.
• Improve workflow and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
