Ideal candidates have a clinical bachelor’s degree and experience leading quality-improvement projects, with strong change management and collaboration skills across hospital leadership and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; healthcare admin acceptable.
• Experience leading Quality Improvement projects.
• Experience with change management and implementing new processes/tech.
• Experience supporting patient safety and high-reliability programs.
• Experience managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Local to the Albuquerque area or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Assist in improving quality and safety through performance improvement processes and regulatory compliance.
• Support a culture of high reliability and measure care quality.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across outcomes, safety, and experience of care.
• Participate in key committees and quality initiatives across the hospital/clinic.
