The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, with HVAC certificates preferred, and at least 5 years of facilities/HVAC maintenance experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required; HVAC certificates preferred.
5+ years of facilities maintenance experience required, 5 years HVAC maintenance experience also required.
HVAC knowledge and ability to read blueprints/drawings for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Maintain HVAC systems and related equipment in hospital facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of air handling units, rooftop units, split systems, and related components.
Operate and interpret Building Automation System (BAS) data for daily operations and troubleshooting.
Document work performed and parts used in the work order system.
