Qualifications

• Connecticut S-2 or S-1 HVAC license is required.
• Minimum two-year experience in HVAC; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC, refrigeration, cooling, and heating systems.
• Ensure air quality, temperature, humidity, and pressures per standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including chillers, RTUs, AHUs, and pneumatic systems.
• Collaborate with HVAC Lead and facilities for upgrades.
