Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid HVAC Journeyman License.
• 3-4 years related maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent training.
• HVAC/Electrical knowledge and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to department goals and adheres to safety standards.
• Trains and mentors maintenance staff.
• Keeps time and material records accurate and submits them to supervisor.
• Oversees vendor relationships for maintenance and renovation projects.
• Maintains and troubleshoots HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
• Supports CMMS documentation and building automation systems.
