Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy at the hospital level. You will partner with management to deliver value-driven human resources programs, ensure compliance, and champion employee engagement and development.

The role oversees benefits, compensation, employment, employee relations, and policy development, shaping programs across the facility while aligning with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive HR experience required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR policies, programs, and practices within the assigned hospital(s).
• Serve as the face of HR at the hospital level and in the community.
• Plan, organize, develop, implement, coordinate and manage HR interventions to support facility goals.
• Oversee benefits, compensation, employment, employee development, relations, and regulatory compliance.
