Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping/cleaning; ability to perform duties in patient and non-patient areas.
• Evidence of training or experience demonstrating the ability to perform the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute full range of housekeeping activities in patient and non-patient areas.
• May work various tours and designated areas during the shift.
• Perform floor maintenance, wall washing, and cleaning doors, baseboards, and edges.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, vacuum, and extract carpets; spot clean areas.
• Use pressure washers and heavy equipment as needed and maintain them.
• Restock supplies and transport refuse and recycling to central areas.
• Clean restrooms, showers, and undertones; disinfect and deodorize fixtures.
• Move furniture as needed; provide bed-making in patient care areas.
• Removes soiled textiles and restocks clean textiles; participates in inventory.
• Defrosts and cleans refrigerators and ice machines in nourishment areas.
