Brown University Health is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional for the Rhode Island Hospital complex. You will perform heavy cleaning across patient areas, operating rooms and common spaces, following established procedures and safety standards.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to operate cleaning equipment, and attention to detail to maintain a sanitary, orderly environment for patients and staff. Night shifts are included.

Formación

• Ability to follow instruction and observe safety precautions.
• Ability to prepare cleaning solutions per procedure.
• Ability to assemble cleaning equipment (mops, vacuums, buckets).
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English.
• Ability to operate motorized and manual cleaning equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform cleaning of floors, carpets, upholstery and rooms following procedures.
• Dust high vents, lights, pipes and wash window glass.
• Clean sinks, toilets, showers and replenish dispensers.
• Clean walls, doors, furniture and woodwork to a spotless finish.
• Move and reposition beds and furniture as needed with care.
