Role Summary: The Supervisor of Environmental Services leads and supervises the operations of the Environmental Services Department, ensuring a sanitary environment that meets all regulatory standards and hospital policies. Responsibilities include evaluating systems, leading daily operations, promoting positive patient interactions, and managing staff performance.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• At least 3 years of hospitality or housekeeping experience
• Knowledge of healthcare or hospital operations preferred
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred
