Abrazo Arrowhead Campus is seeking an Environmental Services staff member to maintain cleanliness of medical facility areas, distribute linen, and handle general waste. The role requires attention to detail and a focus on patient care areas in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to hospital policies, and flexibility to cover various tasks as needed to support patient care operations. Experience in healthcare or hospitality is valued; GED is required.

Formación

• GED required with ability to read, write and understand English.
• 2 years work in environmental services or cleaning experience.
• 2 years of experience in hospitality or healthcare setting.
• May substitute domestic experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs cleaning functions in assigned areas using prescribed methods.
• Maintains assigned equipment for cleanliness and reports needed repairs.
• Observes and reports the need for repairs to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures.
• Accounts for cleanliness and neat appearance of assigned areas.
• Follows department and hospital policies and procedures.
• Learns other functions to ensure satisfactory operation of the department.
• Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment and meet deadlines.
• Other related tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
