Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes patients' rooms and bathrooms daily.
• Disposes of trash and replenishes supplies.
• Moves furniture to dust and mop floors and resets for presentation.
• Washes walls behind sinks and commodes.
• Cleans and disinfects isolation rooms and ancillary areas.
• Cleans and disinfects water fountains, sinks, telephones, chair rails.
• Vacuum carpets and damp dusts office furniture.
• Empties trash and uses hand sweeper on carpets.
• Properly disposes of infectious waste.
