High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a diligent hospital housekeeper to maintain patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in a clean, disinfected condition. The role includes mopping, floor care, linen handling, and coordinating with staff to ensure a sanitary environment.

Candidates must adhere to patient confidentiality and safety standards, follow PPE guidelines, and participate in mandatory trainings and meetings as directed by supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Strict adherence to patient confidentiality, boundaries and ethics.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Knowledge of OSHA safety precautions.

Responsabilités

• Ensure patient rooms, bathrooms, community areas, staff offices and other areas are clean, disinfected, sanitized and odor-free.
• Wet mop daily or as needed; buff, strip and refinish floors as requested.
• Attend to spills immediately and empty trash; clean containers.
• Clean windows, windowsills and furnishings; maintain linen and scrubs inventory in coordination with staff.
• Replaces soiled linen and handles bio-hazard materials using standard precautions.
• Attend unit, facility meetings and mandatory trainings; perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
