Job summary

Magee - Women's Hospital of UPMC is seeking a Full Time Destination Coordinator to support the Parking Lots and enhance the visitor experience.

This role provides directions, information and assistance to hospital visitors, patients and guests, and serves as the Hospital's Patient and Guest Relations representative. You will work daylight shifts with rotating weekend/holiday availability in Pittsburgh and enjoy excellent benefits with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with visitors and patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide directions, information and assistance to Hospital visitors, patients and guests.
• Answer or refer incoming calls appropriately.
• Serve as the Hospital's Patient and Guest Relations representative.
• Monitor visitor controls and comply with the visitation policy during non-visitor hours.
• Issue courtesy parking discounts and free passes when appropriate.
• Assist with parking and traffic control in designated valet parking areas.
• Provide physical assistance to customers, including movement via wheelchair.
• Greet Hospital guests and provide verbal assistance, guidance and directions.
