Job summary

FC Parking and Hospitality Services is seeking a full-time Hospital Valet in Chicago to greet guests, assist with parking and vehicle retrieval, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and a professional appearance.

Pay is $17.00–$18.00 per hour, including tips, with benefits that include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required; evenings and weekends are not included in

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with mobility devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome.
• Assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Provide directions and anticipate guest needs for an exceptional experience.
• Maintain professionalism and teamwork with the front desk and valet staff.
