Job summary

FC Parking and Hospitality Services is hiring a full-time Hospital Valet in Crown Point, IN. The role greets guests, assists with parking and vehicle retrieval, and helps with directions to ensure an exceptional guest experience. A minimum of 2 years of customer service, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are required.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. The position offers a daytime first shift with no evenings or weekends, pay between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• Employment is contingent upon a background check.

Responsibilities

• Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests and greet them with a smile.
• Assist guests with parking and retrieving their vehicles.
