Job summary

LifeBridge Health’s Sinai Hospital is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain 80 acres of grounds year-round, from planting in spring to snow removal in winter. The role supports safety and accessibility for patients, families, and staff, with seasonal outdoor maintenance and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of grounds care or related outdoor maintenance experience.
• Full Maryland Driver's License required (provisional/permit licenses not accepted).
• Good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital grounds through mowing, pruning, trimming, and fertilizing on a set seasonal schedule.
• Ensure outdoor irrigation systems and pest control operations run smoothly from spring through fall.
• Own snow and ice removal so the campus stays accessible for patients, families, and staff through the winter.
• Keep hospital grounds free of litter and debris year-round.
