Job summary

Neosho-Memorial-Regional-Medical-Center in Chanute, KS is seeking a facilities grounds and painting technician for full-time daytime shifts. Qualifications

• Current valid Driver’s License required.
• Grounds maintenance or painting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital grounds and perform painting and surface maintenance throughout the facility.
• Ensure lawns, landscaping, parking areas, signage, walls, ceilings, furniture, and equipment are well-kept and safe.
• Apply preparatory materials, paints, stains, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces; assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
