• Inspects and tests safety on electrical lighting, emergency generators, alarm systems, medical equipment.
• Repairs and maintains building woodwork, furniture, cabinets, chairs, doors, and ceilings.
• Prioritizes work based on immediate need.
• Maintains records for regulatory agencies (JAHCO, NFPA, health departments).
