Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is hiring for a full-time Grill Cook at CHRISTUS St Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX. You will prepare food at the grill station and serve customers in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards to ensure high-quality patient meals.

The role requires previous cooking experience and offers a full-time schedule with benefits. You will work Sunday through Saturday; hours may vary, and details are provided at interview.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required.

Responsabilités

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service.
• Responsible for records from area worked during service periods.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations safely.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas and equipment.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, administrators and managers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
