Qualifications

• Previous grill cooking experience preferred.
• Full-time schedule; Monday–Friday with some weekends.
• Location based in New Orleans at LCMC Touro Infirmary; online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following federal, state and corporate standards.
• Ensures correct temperatures, attractive presentation and portion control.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Maintains safe work practices and collaborates with team members.
