Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1 year experience with multi-line phone system preferred.
• Licensure/Competency: BLS is required; CPI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls properly.
• Provide information or direction to callers as needed.
• Manage and route incoming mail and carrier deliverables.
• Greet visitors in a customer-friendly manner.
• Manage visitor sign-in and issue badges to visitors.
• Assist visitors and patients in finding the correct location.
• Manage patient items brought in by visitors.
• Maintain documentation related to Needs Assessment.
• Provide clerical support as assigned.
