Qualifications

• Experience: Two (2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment.
• May be required to occasional overtime and flexible hours. Holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a multi-line telephone switchboard and greet visitors.
• Provide clerical support and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Follow facility guest regulations and sign visitors log.
• Answer calls within three rings in a professional manner.
• Collate admission folders and distribute patient facesheets to doctors.
