Job summary

You will monitor inventory, compile data and reporting, and drive improvements in service, safety, and costs. Strong communication and organization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable of Food Service Health Code Regulations and kitchen sanitation
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and solve basic arithmetic problems.
• Possesses basic computer knowledge.
• Identifies as a self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Leads staff to ensure safe, cost-effective, and quality food services.
• Ensures proper training of staff when manager absent.
• Provides leadership to meet Hospital and Department goals.
• Coordinates internal and external customer services to meet needs.
• Assists in compiling data and reports on time.
• Maintains HACCP monitors and departmental documents.
