Huntsville Hospital Health System in Alabama is seeking a Food Production Specialist 1 to support patient and cafeteria food service. Under the Dietary Director, you will assist with tray assembly, cart transport, tray delivery, ware washing, and daily sanitation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to labeling, rotation, and quality control. Flexible hours, potential overtime, and the ability to work with little supervision are expected.

Formación

• EDUCATION: High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Basic Computer Skills, Typing, Customer Service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with tray assembly and transport of food carts and delivery of trays to patient care units.
• Responsible for ware washing for retail and patient services, including flatware, china, glassware and kitchen pots/pans.
• Empty tray carts in the cafeteria and perform sanitation tasks, trash removal, and routine department duties.
• Maintain daily high standards of food safety, sanitation, labeling, rotation, and quality control; follow schedules, payroll procedures and attendance guidelines.
