Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in institutional food production required.
• Current FL driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day activities of subordinates and assign responsibilities as directed by on-site management.
• Oversee orientation and training of employees.
• Maintain safe working environment and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service areas.
• Open, close, and manage daily procedures with key control.
