Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 3+ years in institutional food production, and 1–2 years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in food management preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in institutional food production required.
• Current FL driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production area activities in the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Mentor and train staff; monitor productivity and service levels.
• Coordinate opening, closing, and daily procedures; maintain key controls.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
