Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Food Service Manager to join Baylor Scott and White Select Specialty Hospital in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on developing and implementing dining solutions to meet customer tastes and needs, and overseeing dining operations where customers order from a menu.

You will lead the dining team, coach staff, ensure safety and sanitation, manage client expectations, and drive financial performance through cost controls and effective operations.

Competenze

• Requires at least 1 year of food service management experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain client rapport and cross-department collaboration.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
