Job summary

St. Davids Round Rock Medical Center is seeking a Food Service Associate II PRN to maintain dishroom areas, prepare patient meals, and deliver trays to patient floors with a patient-focused service approach.

The role requires adherence to HACCP food-safety guidelines, ability to handle multiple tasks, and availability to work weekends and some evenings as needed. Training provided, with emphasis on teamwork and quality service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow tray tickets and meal orders.
• Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishroom, janitor closet, and patient food carts in a sanitary manner.
• Deliver food carts to patient floors and pass out trays according to tickets.
• Load dish machine and assist with ware washing when needed.
• Ensure meals are delivered timely and greet patients by name.
• Follow HACCP procedures for safe food handling.
