Responsibilities

• Performs warewashing for the department meal service program in accordance with policy and health regulations.
• Prepares patient meals and nourishments to meet diet orders and customer expectations.
• Maintains safety and sanitation guidelines per hospital and health dept. regulations.
• Participates in the department's Performance Improvement Plan to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Attends inservices, training, orientation sessions and meetings.
• Delivers and retrieves patient trays within designated time frames using infection control practices.
