Responsabilités

• Sets up, works, and cleans patient tray line, dish machine, pots & pans, and cafeteria; may deliver patient trays; maintains clean environment; provides prompt, courteous service.
• Performs duties ensuring safe and sanitary habits according to standards; works as a team player.
• Maintains food handling and sanitation procedures; performs temperature readings and HACCP logs.
• Demonstrates effective customer service to colleagues and guests; follows CARES standards.
• Maintains safety program within the department and reports safety concerns.
