Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring for Floor Technicians to perform floor maintenance and operate industrial floor care equipment at Prisma Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available, with second shifts and rotating weekends as needed.

Prior floor care experience and knowledge of safety procedures are preferred. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $22.00 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance and refinishing procedures.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing and extraction.
• Perform maintenance and restoration for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
