Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring Floor Technician at Prisma Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with second shifts and rotating weekends, and provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include hard-floor maintenance, floor-care equipment operation, and carpet care. Prior floor care and hospital experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs required. Pay range is $18.50–$22.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care and hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and procedures.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care.
• Perform maintenance and restoration for all floor surfaces.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
