Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring full-time Floor Technician positions at Greer Memorial in Greer, SC, with rotating shifts from 3:00 pm–11:30 pm and 11:00 pm–7:30 am. The role covers floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses procedures on stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Use proper procedures for carpet and upholstering including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
