Qualifications

• 12 months of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care equipment and floor/carpet care preferred.
• Team-oriented and safety-conscious mindset.
• Willingness to work mornings, some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip and refinish floors with heavy equipment.
• Vacuum and extract carpeted floors; spot clean.
• Clean furniture and empty trash, linen, and waste containers.
• Wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove molding.
• Assist in training other employees.
• Attend shifts on time with regularity.
• Perform other duties as required by client and account.
