Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Hospital Floor Technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts at Memorial Hermann- Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX. The role involves cleaning and maintaining cleanliness across patient care areas on client premises.

Responsibilities include floor care, area cleaning, and operating floor machines. Requires COVID-19 vaccination, high school diploma or GED, and post-offer screenings. On-site, part-time positions with shifts from 7am-3:30pm and 3pm-11:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
• Experience in janitorial services is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening, and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors assigned areas for cups, spills, paper and debris.
• Cleans corners, edges and baseboards in assigned areas.
• Dust mops hard floor areas and behind doors; move objects as needed.
• Remove marks and scuffs from floors.
• Damp mops floors with proper cleaning chemicals or uses scrubbing machine.
