Responsibilities

• Directs the discharge bed cleaning function to ensure timely completion.
• Monitors availability and completion of tasks; follows up on service issues.
• Acts as a liaison between Environmental Services and other departments.
• Develops and promotes positive customer service relations with hospital staff; ensures timely dispatch of discharge bed requests.
