Xanitos, Inc. is hiring part-time hospital housekeepers for 1st and 2nd shifts at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX. Immediate offers for qualified candidates!

Positions require off-site background checks and a post-offer medical/drug test, and flexibility for 7:00am–3:30pm or 3:00pm–11:30pm shifts with $0.90 shift differential. Job duties include cleaning patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and hallways, plus stocking supplies and transporting light equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus.
• Medical cleaning a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
